BANT SINGH’s funds DELIVERED
Dear donors and friends,
I am extremely happy to let you know that we have handed over funds collected to help a Punjab Dalit hero, Br Bant Singh of Mansa, who fought heroically with landlords to get justice and lost his limbs in the process.
First of all, I apologize for the delay in completing this task. Originally, it was planned to be completed in Mar 2006. Due to logistic reasons, it got delayed this long. I hold myself responsible for this delay.
I thank all donors for their generous donations and patience to wait this long to complete it. I hope, your confidence in me and in our project is still in good standing.
I feel relieved and my happiness is unbounded. It is far greater than the most memorable Will Smith’s happiness in “Pursuit of Happiness” (one of a few movies that I can remember as long as I live) movie when he got the stock broker job after all the pains he had gone through in his life. If not seen, I advice you all, to see without fail this wonderful movie of a real life story.
I thank Dr KP for completing the task. My special thanks go to Prof Shiva Shankar, a great soul and a supporter of mine who stands firmly behind me whenever I take up a work of this nature. He is not only my best friend in this work but also a moral supporter in my times of disappointment and discouragement.

May I expect your continued support to Ambedkar Scholarships in future? We are venturing into several areas successfully. The need is so great but the help is too less. Without your support it is not possible for us do continue this work.
